Brief Answer:
It may be due to stones.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Blood clots in urine in young age might be due to some stones anywhere in your urinary tract. Considering your age, prostate related problem is unlikely.
Tobacco has got no relation with kidney stones. However better to quit smoking to avoid potential adverse effects in the future.
It is better to do an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, if anything abnormal you can go for NCCT abdomen which shows a better clinical picture.
As of now continue Flomax and drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist consult a urologist and get evaluated.

Brief Answer:
It may be due to muscle pull

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It might be due to muscle spasm or sprain. You can try stretching exercises and analgesics. The muscles of the groom are attached to your inner part of thigh and when there is tension or pull you will get dull aching type of pain in the groin and genitals.
If the pain persist for long better to take an MRI scan.

Wishing you good health.
