Brief Answer:
Seems like Infection at the site of extraction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it seems that you have got infection in the extraction socket. The other possibility is any left out root piece in the extraction socket leading to flaring up of infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and along with a thorough clinical evaluation he can also advise you to get an IOPAR [X RAY] done to rule out for the exact cause of blister formation and treatment can be planned accordingly..

You can also send me a scanned copy of the x ray so that I can evaluate it and advise you to proceed towards the treatment..

As of now you can do warm saline gargles.

Any further queries are welcome..
Hope this informations helps..

Thanks and regards.
