Suggest Treatment For Blocked Left Ear
Question: Hi Left ear blocked for last 3 days now even after taking repeated vapours ? pls suggest medicine..Seems from dry cold.

Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily ,
Decongestant nasal drops like clearnoz or otrivin 3-3-3 drops thrice daily in left nostril for 7 days only ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination once in night &
analgesic Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination twice daily after meal .

Hi Tried steam inhalation for 4 days now & otrivin from last night thrice till now.. no impact as yet..regards..

analgesic Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination twice daily after meal like Tab Combiflam for 5 days .
Also start antibiotic Tab Azee 500mg 5 days course one tab /day.
