Brief Answer:
your Uncle must undergo CABG.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
your Uncle has got left main with tripple vessel disease.Basically our heart is getting blood supply by 3 major arteries,2 on left side and one on right side,2 on left side I.e, LAD and LCX arise form left main artery(LMCA).when any artery is blocked more than 70% ,it carries high risk of total occlusion causing heart attack in near future.Block is LMCA is very dangerous, because whenever it gets totally occluded, it results into massive heart attack and may lead to instant death.
In case of your uncle, he has significant LMCA with bad blockages in remaining vessels.Stenting is not advisable because of 1.location and type of blocks are not suitable for plasty with stent.2.There is high chance of restenosis.
Is he diabetic or smoker?
I would strongly recommend him for early CABG.
My best wishes

Thanks a lot doctor for your quick & timely response.
No, my uncle is neither diabetic nor a smoker.
And he is planning to go for CABG in XXXXXXX city which is closer to our home town. I would be grateful if you can suggest any good cardiologist there. We have heard about Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX & Dr. XXXXXXX Shah in XXXXXXX
I am not sure if you would have heard about any of them.
Your any other suggestion regarding this surgery would be of great help.
