Brief Answer:
Symptoms indicate gastric abnormality

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Abdominal bloating and lower chest region bloating both indicate a possible gastrointestinal abnormality, but exactly which abnormality can only be determined with further investigations. But I would like to put forward a list of most likely causes:

+Gastritis
+Peptic ulcer disease
+Hyperacidity
+Gastroesophageal reflux disease
+Acid reflux
+Hiatus hernia
and a few others.

I have the following suggestion that may help to reduce the symptoms to a certain level until you can get further investigated:

+Drink plenty of water
+Avoid spicy food
+Avoid fatty food
+Avoid oily food
+Avoid fried food
+Avoid carbonated drinks
+Avoid milk and other dairy products (Especially if you are lactose intolerant)
+Avoid gluten
+Avoid tea and coffee
+Avoid overeating
+Have 5-6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 larger ones
+Use one 30 mg tablet of lansoprazole everyday
+Mild exercise about an hour after meals
+Avoid vigorous exercise

Please do schedule an appointment with your doctor who will go about a few tests to find the exact cause for your presentation and direct more accurate treatment to help solve your issue permanently. Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
