Question: So I've had a bump/blister on my penis for about 2 months now...It appeared after masturbating about 4 times with no lube within a two hour time frame. I'd like to know how to get rid of it. It doesn't hurt or itch. It's small some days and some days it gets bigger.

Are any of those antibiotics available over counter or do I have to get a prescription from Doctor?
Do you think just cleaning and putting the triple antibiotic ointment would work on getting rid of the ulcer?
