Brief Answer:
Tramadol + paracetamol combination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have read the history and the understood the problem.
It is good that you have consulted the Doctor and know that she is suffering from Pilonidal Cyst ( Sinus).

Now that there is bleeding and pain you want to ease her pain.
I would suggest you the following:
First of all clean the area with liquid Povidone iodine.
Apply sterile dressing without any ointments.
Give her proper antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen (if it suits her ).
You can also give her a Combination of Tramadol with Paracetamol as per her requirement to ease her pain. This works the best. Discuss about this with your doctor.
Ask her to take a complete bed-rest as move-around increases pain.

I hope this will definitely help her, the action comes within half an hour of starting proper treatment.

Assure her, needed a lot in a daughter of 16.

Feel free if you want to know more.
Take care.
