Brief Answer:
please upload the picture

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

Please upload the picture for better understanding.
It might be possible that her scratching itself has caused some infection,
Or infection is causing her some pain and itching which forces her to scratch the ear.

You may try some antibiotic, analgesic drops like Otichek ear drops if there is infection. It will also help her to reduce scratching.

Also tell me if there is any fever? cold or cough?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Thanks for the picture you provided.
Some common risk factors might be insect bite, cigarette smoke, trauma to external ear due to any reason like scratching by the baby himself, bottle feeding.
Continue betadine cream and see a doctor for starting antibiotics (as per treating doctors recommendation).
Also you should give paracetamol or brufen to reduce the pain.
Hope i helped you.
