Suggest Treatment For Bleeding From Ear

Question: About 2" spot of blood on my pillow. No blood observed on nose, head, ears, etc. But a q tip of left ear has what APPEARS to be some dried blood. No head trauma. I have metastatic prostate cancer, but treatment (homones, etc.) has my PSA below one, and CTC test is zero. I had a PET/CT scan yesterday. They do that every 3 months to monitor the PC.

1.The possible cause of the bleed can be from ear as you have noticed a dried blood trace at the tip of the ear.
2.But i have not came across the similar symptoms of bleed from ear in advancing stage. ( possibilities of metastasis at different areas like - lungs, liver, peritoneum, neck nodes, brain are possible)
3.How ever PET/CT has been done - it should give exact condition of brain and body in terms of disease spread. Please upload the results - i will try to interpret the report.
