Question: My blood clot fell out from my upper wisdom tooth slot morning after extraction. Very scared, what should I do? I have no known medical conditions and i followed all my instructions properly.

Read your query and understand your concern . As far as blood clot dislodgement is concerned it exposes the alveolar bone to oral environment and making it prone to infection . This inflammatory condition delays healing of socket . For this don't be scared, I would advise it is good to consult your oral surgeon for post extraction evaluation and take proper course of antibiotic prescribed by your dentist . In meantime you can apply cotton pellet dipped and squeezed in saline and place it over extraction socket . Take cold and soft diet . Avoid hot and spicy food .
