Brief Answer:
It seems an allergic reaction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the pic.

It seems you have developed an allergic reaction. It could be due to hair colour or any drug.

Did you use any medicine recently or yesterday? What is the name of the medicine? If you are using a medicine which causes allergic manifestations, it should be stopped.

The allergy can be due to hair colour also. I have seen many cases of allergic reaction to hair colour.
I prescribe Prednisolone tablet 5mg twice daily initially and then taper the dose gradually.I also add Antihistamine tablet containing Chlorpheniramine maleate to my patients with similar complaint.
Please consult a Dermatologist, get examined clinically and get appropriate prescription.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish her good health.
Regards
