Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for choosing HCM for your health related queries

You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and advised to take Latuda 20 or Lurasidone. Lurasidone is an antipsychotic medicine which is also used in bipolar disorder. The drug helps in mood stabilisation by acting on a number of biochemical receptors. The changes at receptor levels take time in most individuals about 2-4 weeks.

You have persistent crying, poor control of anger even on medicine. In such case I would like to tell you that these symptoms will persist for some more days and then the drug will start acting and will result in inprovement. If on Monday you are seeing your doctor then you can consult with her to add a medicine that can help to calm you in events of anger outbreaks. Medicines like Clonazepam, Lorazepam can be given in your case. These medicines will help in good sleep and will reduce anger.

I would also advise you some psychological methods to relax yourself. Avoid activating substances like tea, coffee etc. These substances may increase anxiety which can result in anger outbursts.

Try relaxation exercises till you get prescription of medicines. In events when you feel you will get angry try to calm yourself by drinking a glass of cold water slowly in two minutes. Count slowly from 1 to 10. This will reduce the severity of anger. Listen light music and playing some light games will also divert your mind and will channelise your energy.

Thanks, hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again if you have more questions.
