Brief Answer:
Need to look for a cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

The bad breath can be because of conditions like coated tongue, tonsils, infection of throat, sinusitis, dental caries etc.

Therefore a detailed examination by ENT surgeon and dental surgeon is required to rule out these causes.

Following can be done to reduce the bad breath:
- Tongue cleaner be used after brushing teeth
- Rinsing mouth with listerine mouth wash once a day especially before public dealing
- Taking hygienic food and cleaner water to avoid any infections.
- Teeth scaling-taking out plaque by a dentist may also help.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
