Question: Can you please tell me what this is? I went to an urgent care and they thought it was an infection but as i read on the internet it may be something else. The first picture is from 2 days ago and the second from just now

A combination of tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for a week and ointment mupirocine to be applied twice daily for a week.
