Question: i was wrestling with a guy and i rolled forward onto my head and neck and heard my neck n spine joints crack and twist and felt light headed when i stood up. i felt my neck hurt and my top right temple and the back of my head where my head and spine meet. My back was in pain in the morning and i was feeling nauseous too. And my neck is sore in the one area and same with my whole back. Its my whole back and the pain is constant even down my right shoulder.

Brief Answer:
Back pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It looks like you have incurred severe injury to the back muscles. Here are my suggestions to you

1. Do not engage in strenuous activities like lifting heavy weights or exercising till you are better
2. I advise you good bed rest and to be away from work for 3 days
3. Apply local diclofenac gel to the back and places where it hurts
4. Tab Aceclofenac is the ideal pain killer, take two times day for not more than 3 days. Approach a GP for a prescription
5. If the pain does not come down even after 3 days I strongly advise you to approach an othopedicain for a ct spine to rule out fractures

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
