Brief Answer:
Needs further investigation to rule out Tuberculosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Do you have any history of Tuberculosis?

Anyone in your family or close contacts have ever suffered from Tuberculosis?

Do you have cough with sputum?

Since you have loss of cervical lordosis, it could be that your cervical spine is affected with either spondylosis or infective condition.

Apply hot packs to the painful regions. Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights.

Kindly get an Xray of the collar bone region to look for any infection.

If there is any lesion seen on Xray, a biopsy may be done to confirm the diagnosis.

It would be helpful to get an MRI of your cervical spine as well.

Please do answer my queries for me to be in a better position to help you.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Needs blood tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Since the report shows loss of cervical lordosis and no masses, then it means that you do not have to worry about infective pathology in the spine.

If you haven't been eating regularly, enduring more stress than usual, not getting enough sleep, these could contribute to the weight loss. Kindly preform Yoga for stress relief, avoid junk food, coffee, smoking or alcohol. Avoid skipping meals, especially breakfast. Eat balanced diet. Do get a blood test done called Complete blood count to look for anaemia and possible infections in the body.

If you have had Unprotected sexual intercourse or ever had a blood transfusion, you need to get tested for Sexually transmitted diseases as well.

Thanks and regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
