Brief Answer:
Technical difficulty ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for your query.

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about azoospermia.

Following is my reply:

1) You need to undergo TESE again as there is possibility of getting tissue.

2) As per your blood tests and scan report this appears to be obstructive azoospermia.

3) First time there are possibilities that there was technical failure to obtain tissue.

4) I suggest you change your doctor and get TESE done by a different doctor under general anesthesia.

I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.

Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.

Regards,
