Suggest Treatment For Azoospermia

Question: hello dr. i got a problem. i got 0 sperm count did went through biapsy the result gave me 7 as johnsons score. i have some issues. perticularly my sperm is loose. some time i shit and f i apply a little pressure i see some of my sperm come out in drops. some times if i havent had sex with my wife for a long time i will see soft crystal like stuff coming out of my penis. please explain if here is any thing i could do other then praying for a miracle. thanks

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply

1. XXXXXXX score 7 means the quality of sperms are not good and not worth performing ICSI procedure.

2. Even if ICSI procedure is performed it is possible that fertilisation and good quality embryo formation could be a problem.

3. The best option in your case would be to go for donor semen for pregnancy.

4. It sounds bad but is most practical solution.

5. I dont see mucg improvement in your sperms or a miracle in future.

Because pregnancy not possible with no sperms.

i mean to say if i had sex the day of my testicular biapsy does it effects the result of the report.
