Brief Answer:
She has Acute Exacerbation

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Acute exacerbations from time to time are known in asthmatics. cause could be a sore throat, drug default or just increase severity of asthma as such.

During such exacerbation, patient needs to be given a short course oral steroids, say for 5 ton 7 days, nebulization and if required, a course of antibiotics.

I can see that the concerned patient is not taking inhalers. She should be started on inhalers - both relievers and controllers as soon as possible as they are the main stay of treatment of asthma.

I suggest you consult your local physician or pulmonologist who can guide you properly and also tell you about the inhalers and technique of taking them.
