Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted I assume that your semen analysis has revealed low sperm motility with abnormal morphology of sperms .(Astheno Terratozoospermia.)

Truly speaking in spite of extensive research in field of reproductive science the cause for Astheno Terratozoospermia is not established .Hence there are no medications to treat this abnormality .However following general measures do help to improve sperm motility to some extent .
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3) Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

Thanks for follow up .As regards Herbal medicine I have no knowledge about any herbal medicines .

You need to consult specialist in Naturopathy who is dealing with such cases ,But to my knowledge there is no effective treatment in any faculty of medicine that can cure this problem .
