Question: Hi I am 31years old male suffering from anxiety depression stress I am taking nebi 5mg and stalopam 5 in the morning and libotryp and stalopam 5 in the night still sometime I feel sensation and pain in my left side and major gas in the stomach

Pain and sensation symptoms if there are due to anxiety and depression, there is need of increase in dose of stalopam. It can be given up to 20 mg per day in divided dosage. Ask your doctor for the same.

Libotryp contains amitryptiline.It commonly causes side effects related to Gastric system. They includes constipation,reduced GI motility and bloating. You might be suffering form major gas in stomach due to these side effects. Ask your doctor to change the medicine or issue some medicines to counter the side effects.
