Question: I have been diagnosed with HLA B27 Positive/Ankylosing Spondylitis and having severe pain in my lower back 24X7 from past 10 years. Is this disease curable and if yes how?

Ankylosing spondylosis is a chronic disease and various options like medicines and physiotherapy, surgery or injections are used to make your life better so that you can function properly. Such chronic problems cannot be cured completely. However under the guidance of a rheumatologist or an orthopedician you can have a functional life style with minimum pain and discomfort.
