Suggest Treatment For Angiokeratoma On Scrotum

Question: I am a dibetic type 2 for last 18 years. I have, for 5 years, angeokeratoma on scortum whch is having lots of spots,itching and some times bleeding pron for infections. kindly suggesttreatment and metod to control
itching and infection. ALSO KINDLY SUGGEST HOMEOPATHIC, AYURVEDIC MEDICATION TO REDUCE WT, CONTROL SUGAR, AND HAVE PROPER LIBIDITY FOR SEXUAL FUNCTION.

Hi,

Welcome to HCM..

As you said...

-You are diabetic and on insulin
-you have obesity
-you have lesions on scrotum called angiokeratoma

Angiokeratoma are keratotic vascular papular eruptions. It commonly occurs on scrotum. It is called angiokeratoma of Fordyce. The lesions are usually symptomless, but there may be irritation,itching and bleeding due to rupture of lesions.

You consult dermatologist for perfect treatment of angiokeratoma. He might go for electrocautery, cryotherapy,laser therapy or surgical excision.

For obesity, there is no firm treatment. If you wish, you may consult ayurvedic or homeopathic consultant. Walking,exercise,dietary restriction..etc might help you.
Have regular treatment for control of diabetes.
