Brief Answer:
Angioedema

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photographs.
It is looking like angioedema.
It is an allergic condition.
You might be allergic to anything like nuts, sea food etc.
Try to remember what food you have taken in past one day.
This might help in finding out the cause.
I treat such cases with oral Steroids.
There is an excellent response within two days.
You can try this in consultation with your doctor.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
