Suggest Treatment For Anal Pain With Yellow Spots Around Anus
Question: Hi, I'm have been experiencing pain when opening my bowels, it's a very sharp pain. I have now noticed 3/4 yellow headed spots around the anus. Can you help?

It seems that there might be having Fistula-in-ano giving rise this problem.
As there are 3-4 head like opening in anal region might be due to few sinuses opening out side which is characteristic of fistula.
Having feeling of fistula with pus gives pain while defecation.
Consult general surgeon and get examined.
If fistula is there, it requires fistulectomy with opening of all sinuses leading to fistula and should be traced and opened up.
Meanwhile avoid constipation.
Take some analgesic medicine to get temporary relief from pain.
Using of antibiotic medicine and creams will not be helpful.
