Question: Hi I have patches of hair loss and the doctors told it is alopecia areata and taken treatment but the results were negative I have I all over the head could you please suggest any treatment or medicine????

I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern. I also read that you have probably been given intralesional injections for the patches.

I would suggest you to use topical Minoxidil 5% solution (Mintop forte 5%), twice daily for the bald patches for 4-6 weeks. It is a prescription medication and I suggest that you talk to your doctor for the needful
