Brief Answer:
you are mostly having allergic rhinitis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of allergic rhinitis is more.
Best treatment of allergic rhinitis is intranasal spray containing steroid.
Dazit is having desloratidine. It is antihistamine in nature. Fexofenadine is far superior than desloratidine in allergic rhinitis.
Combination of antihistamine (fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) is also available easily and should be started in your case along with intranasal spray.
Identification of allergen and it's avoidance is also very important. So please let me know
1. Which things are allergic in your case like dust, pollens, smoke etc?
2. Have you taken intranasal spray?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
are you having this symptom since childhood?

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your folloqw up question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
You are having allergic pharyngitis and rhinitis.
Best treatment is avoidance of offending allergen.
But for control of symptoms, you need to take combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs. Intranasal spray containing steroid is also very important.
Please let me know if you have this habit since childhood or not.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You are mostly having asthma.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of asthma is more in your case.
It is common in individuals having allergy.
And wheezing, itching in lungs suggest asthma only.
Dazit will not be sufficient for this.
You need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid.
Please let me know
1. Have you ever undergone PFT (Pulmonary Function Test)?
2. Is any of your family member is suffering from allergy?
3. Have you tried inhalers ever?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
