Brief Answer:
SEEMS TO BE ALLERGIC RHINITIS.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having running nose. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any sequence of sneezes or nasal obstruction ?
Is the secretions are watery or thick ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be allergic rhinitis or CSF rhinorrohea (fluid around the brain).

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon, get detailed ent examination, nasal endoscopy (to see the site of watering), blood tests (absolute eosinophilic count, serum IgE). If necessary CT scan of para nasal sinuses.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
it could be normal

Detailed Answer:

Hello again,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

Watery secretions denotes allergic rhinitis.

Sweating during sleep suggests fever, could be due to sinus infection or some thing else. it could be hormonal cause as well. Sweating a lot in hot environment is normal as well. If it is bothersome to you, you may require to give detailed history, general physical examination, complete blood picture and relevant investigations to establish the exact cause.

Kindly discuss with your treating doctor about the investigations and allergic rhinitis management.

Hope, I have answered your query.

All the best.
