Brief Answer:
start nasal spray containing inhaled steroid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Your symptoms are suggestive of allergic rhinitis.
And treatment of choice for allergic rhinitis is nasal spray of corticosteroid.
Allegra is having fexofenadine which is anti histamine. Instead of plain fexofenadine, you will be more benefitted by combination of anti histamine and anti allergic.
So you need
1. Avoidance of allergen . So wear mask to avoid exposure.
2. Start nasal spray having inhaled corticosteroid.
3. Start combination of anti histamine and anti allergic.
4. Steam inhalation 5-6 times a day.
Since all these drugs are prescribed medicines, you need doctor's prescription for these.
Hope i have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
