Brief Answer:
You both are suffering from allergic rhinitis and asthma.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You both are suffering from allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma.
And for this, first consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is must for the diagnosis of asthma.
And treatment of asthma is based on severity only.
You both have to take continuous treatment. Treatment consists of inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid. Combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs are also indicated.
Intranasal spray containing steroid is also useful for cold and sneezing.
With all these, your allergic reaction will be controlled. And gradually we can taper down the drugs.
But you need to take these drugs for atleast 6-8 months.
So better to consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to both of you.
Thanks.
