Brief Answer:
Allergic contact dermatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern. I have seen the attached photograph.
As per details it seems that you are having a condition of skin called as Allergic Contact Dermatitis.
It may be caused by multiple factors like use of any cosmetics, after shave lotion, Deodorant.
The chances of allergic dermatitis increase on abraded skin most likely over the cuts caused during the shave.
In such cases I advice to my patients to stop the use of offending agent till the complete resolution occurs.
One should avoid using after shave lotions as they are the most common culprits causing Allergic contact dermatitis over this area.
I prefer to prescribe mild potency steroid like hydrocortisone to be applied over the affected area mixed with an antibiotic cream like Mupirocin 2%. Anti histaminic like Levocetrizine also helps.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Write back to me after 5 days of the discussed treatment.
Share my opinion with your doctor.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Okay thanks I just have one more question for you please..I'm having shooting pains in my back right where my left lung could be, it's especially brought on by movement and is a little tight when I breathe in could this be signs of a blood clot
doctor
Answered by Dr. Anshul Varshney (17 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, It's unlikely to be a blood clot. You should get Chest X-ray to rule out any pleural effusion or pneumonia. If X-ray is clear, this could be probably Muscular pain.
Good Luck.

Brief Answer:
Get Chest X-ray

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Blood clots that is Pulmonary embolism don't present with pain in back. They usually present with Breathlessness.
We don't suspect Pulmonary embolism based on the complaints you have mentioned.
Getting a Chest X-ray would guide you better.
