Brief Answer:
Acute Gastroenetritis.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
It seems you have developed Acute Infective Diarrhea.
Usually it responds to treatment with in 5 days of antibiotic course with a combination containing Ofloxacin and Ornidazole.
I also add a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone to my patients to relive acidity and gurgling.
Probiotics containing Lactobacillus helps a lot.
Maintain proper hydration.
Once you recover from acute infection, your digestive system will start working normally and the gurgling sounds will also settle.
I would advise you not to take Immodium. Actually it should not be used in infective diarrhea.
I hope it helps.
Stay Healthy.
