Brief Answer:
Visit Ranichdramathi XXXXXXX hospital for its excellent services to treat you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

You seem to be going through a phase of Acute Dysthymia with mixed features of Major depression, pathological grief reaction and Anhedonia(lack of pleasure experience from activities like Sex).

The symptoms you described are due to the internal stress you are currently experiencing.

I understand that you are going through the trauma of experiencing the loss of loved ones.

But this episode has triggered pathological grief reaction in you.

You need to now really distress yourself under expert and professional guidance.

In my opinion you need to be started on a short term antidepressants, anxiolytics, and sedatives to improve your overall well being.

The drugs which are usually prescribed are Escitalopram and Clonazepam.

Please note these drugs have to be taken only under strict medical prescription.

The services to treat your current condition are unavailable at King XXXXXXX Hospital.

I request you to visit the XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX hospital, where all services including psychodynamic and behavioral therapy are available which will be very useful to you.

I also advise you to join yoga and meditation centers simultaneously to have a brighter perspective.

Thank you.
