Further investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.

I would like ask some more details.
Have you done x-ray and other tests recently? If yes, attach them.
Do you smoke?
Do you have sore throat,fever?
Do you follow ups with your treating doctor regularly?

I were your treating doctor,I would suggest you following investigations:
A chest x-ray.
Complete blood count.
Pulmonary function tests to know the function of lung.
Mean time I would like to change dosage and frequency of medications.
I would prescribe cough suppressants like Mucinex two times a day.
Your doctor will know about it.

Additionally I suggest
Steam inhalation for 10-15 minutes 3-4 times a day.
Try to avoid exposure to cold air, dust.
Do breathing exercises regularly.
You need get enough sleep.

You need not worry.

If you have any questions I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
