Brief Answer: .... Detailed Answer: Hi there... Thanks for writing in... I would advise you to use a good face wash like neutrogena twice a day. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Don't touch your face regularly or pick/pop the pimples. As germs from your hands might land on your face and cause further problems. Avoid oily , fatty foods, eggs and chocolate. Do consult a dermatologist who will examine you, do the relevant investigations and if necessary prescribe you retinoids .
