Brief Answer:
Sebamed soap and isotretinoin based cream...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you have very frequent flareups of acne it would be worthwhile to consult a dermatologist. There are certain oral medications that are taken every day for a course of 3-6 months and those are more effective than topical ointment and soaps.

Until you see a dermatologist I would suggest sebamed soaps for regular use and isotretinoin based ointment / cream such as retino (0.05 %) ointments. You can use this soap in the usual manner. However retino should be applied as a thin layer only on the affected areas and ONLY AT NIGHT. Do not walk apply it during the day and walk under sun.

The aforementioned option are just a short quick measure until you visit a dermatologist and plan for a long term treatment.

Hope this is clear. Let me know if you need any more information.

Regards
