Brief Answer:
Topical clindamycin and adapalene; Oral Doxycycline; Salicylic peel

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.

I would suggest clindamycin phosphate solution 1% (Clindac-A solution) for day time application.
At night you may use a combination of Adapalene 0.1%+Clindamycin phosphate 1% gel (Deriva-CMS gel) over the whole affected area.
If you have inflammatory acne i.e acne that is red, papular, pustular I would also suggest oral antiacne antibiotics e.g Doxycycline capsules, twice daily for 2-4 weeks.
I would suggest a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily instead of using a soap.
These are prescription medications and should be used under supervision and I suggest that you use them under supervision of a dermatologist in your region for proper assessment and appropriate treatment.
In addition to the medications you may also opt for a few sessions of salicylic acid chemical peeling from a dermatologist in your region. Salicylic acid peeling is particularly good for acne.
