Brief Answer:
A trial of anti h pylori drugs will be useful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

You seem to have refractory acid reflux disease not responding to standard medical treatment.

I advise you to have an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to rule out any associated peptic ulceration while assessing the severity of acid reflux disease along with biopsy for rapid urease test which detects H.pylori, which most commonly is associated with acid reflux disease.

I my opinion, an additional anti H.pylori treatment with antibiotics like Ofloxacin, clarithromycin and metronidazole for 14 days will be helpful.

In case if you do not respond for above regimen, Surgical approach through Nissen's fundoplication will offer permanent cure.

Please discuss the above treatment aspects with your doctor.

Post your doubts if any.
Thank you.
