Suggest Treatment For Acidity Problem And Burning Throat

Question: I am having acidity problem and last week I was feeling burning like in my throat. Also sometimes I feel chest pain. If I press on my chest slowly I do feel pain.
What I can do to stop this?

Your symptoms suggest Gastro esophageal reflux (Acid reflux). Stomach secretions (acid) flow back ward to food pipe and causes burning sensation in throat.
I suggest you proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole. You should take this medication 30 minutes before breakfast on empty stomach for 4 weeks.
Probiotics(Vibact ds once a day after food) including yogurt will help you for digestion.
Additionally I would like to give you some suggestions.
Drink plenty of water. Do not skip breakfast and meals.
Avoid smoking if you smoke and alcohol if you consume.
Restrict hot beverages like tea, coffee and cold beverages like pepsi.
Avoid spicy, junk, fast and outside food.
Avoid heavy meal and small meals more times.
Eat healthy food like vegetables and fruits.
Drink butter milk twice a day.
