Suggest Treatment For Aches In Upper Arm And Side Of Neck
Question: Have ache in my upper right arm, underarm/Gland and stich like symptom in the right side of my neck.

There will be lymphnodes in the axilla. They get enlarged in infection commonly.
Pain in the upper arm,under arm and neck could be due to this infection and associated inflammation. Sometimes, the pain spreads to entire upper limb.
In my opinion, you should take Antibiotic like Clindamycin capsule along with anti inflammatory tablet. As most of these infections are caused by Gram positive bacteria, clindamycin will be helpful.
Usually symptoms will resolve with a course of antibiotic. However if they persist we can plan the next line of treatment.
