Brief answer....given below
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
Unfortunately, there is no therapy which can change the underlying pathology of achlasia and all available treatment modalities offer only palliation of symptoms.
Available treatment options are ..
Medical Treatment with medicines
Non surgical treatment methods like ...
Botulinum toxin injections
Endoscopic dilatation
Esophageal stents
Surgical treatment consisting of division of circular muscle fibres of XXXXXXX to alleviate distal esophageal obstruction by HELLER's myotomy along with fundoplication.

Considering all the options outlined above, laparoscopic  myotomy with partial fundoplication provides superior and longer-lasting symptom relief with low morbidity for patients with achalasia compared with other treatment modalities and should be considered the procedure of choice to treat achalasia.
Consult a Gastro surgeon, who is doing this surgery exclusively.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
