Brief Answer:
Urgent referral to Pediatric Surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Button batteries are notorious for causing corrosive injury. I would suggest you to consult Pediatric Surgeon at the earliest. Further management will depend on location of battery. In my clinical practice if the button battery has crossed beyond stomach then chance of perforation is less. Child will require X ray for further evaluation
Contact Your local area Pediatric Surgeon at earliest.
