Brief Answer:
Please give detailed history.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/67 - severe spasm - left side of abdomen - close to groin - taking Pantoprazole, Nexium...
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
- Since when has the problem started?
- Is it acute/sudden or increased gradually?
- Any associated intestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, bloating, loose/hard stools, constipation/obstipation (inability to pass stool and gases both)
- Any urinary symptoms like obstruction, burning, frequency...
- Do you have left inguinal hernia? If yes, if it reducible?
- Any other history that you would like to share?

If any of the above symptoms are present, you may need immediate medical attention for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of blood, urine, stool if passed, X-ray of the abdomen in standing position, ultrasonography of the whole abdomen of the inguinal area and whichever is suggested.

I hope this answer helps you.
