Question: Hi. I have cramping that started yesterday out of no were and got so bad it kept me up. I am spotting blood for two days. It feels like period cramps but I don't have and am not even close to have it again any time soon. I still feel it day and it feels strong off and on and also sick in stomach that just started today. I also can not be pregnant had my tunes removed in July of 2014 because they were filling with fluid. They said everything looks good but the side pain I still have here and there . I went for a check up and said everything was good. I don't know if I should go to see someone or go to the er. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Brief Answer:
Go to ER

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can understand your concerns.

Any crampy pain with spotting should be taken seriously .

i will advise you to go to ER as though your tubes were removed sometimes ectopics do occur especially in women with tubal surgery.

Also it can be other reason like fibroid or infection which needs to be confirmed with sonography .

I will advise you to get these done and follow up with reports.

Also some pain killers will be advisable at this time for which you need to show a doctor.

Regards,
