As per your question I want to say that you can take UNIENZYME tabs which is given as 1-2 tabs maximum twice a day only.you do not need to take it regularly only when you have distention then take it.



You need to change your life style like this:-



1)Avoid foods that trigger your problems, avoid over eating and quick eating

2)Take small meals 5-6 times rather large one 3 times

3)Try to avoid caffeine, alcohol, chocolate, or carbonated beverages and smoking

4)Avoid painkillers like NSAIDS without doctors advise

5)If you take any drugs prescribed by doctors tell them for alternative medications if you got problems like bloating and gas

6)Try to control stress and anxiety and do regular exercise
