Question: I have a lot of trouble with my stomach, bloated and a lot of wind. My bowels don't seem to work properly, often constipated

Medications such as omeprazole or ramitidin may help but also dietary changes are required. Well if stomach and esophagus are checked them problem may be in small bowel or colon. It may be sign of food allergy so allergy testing should be done. Also irritable colon or inflammatory bowel diseases are to be considered so in unexplained cases,colonoscopy with biopsy should be done. lastly,it can be sign of pancreas malfunction so you should check pancreatic enzymes.
