Question: I tore my frenulum right across from having intercourse regularly with my girlfriend. We've been together for 7 months and takes birth control so I never used a condom. I've been trying to let it heal and I've gone about two weeks without sex but how long will it take to completely heal ? Will sex feel the same way it did before once it does heal ? And what can I use to speed up my process ? Thank you

You have sustained Frenulum injury during mostly dry ,vigorous and rough sex .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

You will have same sense of pleasure during sex after it heals up completely .
