Brief Answer:
can be treated with Plasmapheresis, immunosuppressive therapy

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Many anti arthritis drug have severe complication due to long term use.
They include leflunamide, methotrexate and prednisolone also.

Leflunamide reaction can be treated with Plasmapheresis, immunosuppressive therapy, and intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG); you can start them consulting your doctor.

Prolonged treatment with systemic steroids has been associated with an increased prevalence of complications. So again you need to think of prednisolone which you are taking at dose of 10 mg for long time.

Many of my patients get relief by yoga, pranayama and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX so you can also due that.

There is good role of diet and achieve correction through it,
You need to avoid bakery items, high protein diet, and curd, milk and milk products.
Avoid cold and fermented food, bitter and sour food.
Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, salads.
