Question: I have a rash on the left side of my thigh? It itches slightly but no pain. Has a cluster of little bumps with the area of two quarters. Can you help?

Hi Welcome to HCM,

I understand your query and concern.

Your rash could be secondary to fungal infection.

I advise you to tab.Siscan 150 mg once daily for 3 days and apply Keto-B ointment 4th hourly and KETO medicated bath soap.

NOTE:These drugs should be taken under strict medical supervision of your doctor.

Maintain oro-genital hygiene.

Here is the pic of the small rash on outside left thigh. As mention, itches slightly, but no pain. . Never had this occur before. No meds taken. Hiw should i treat.

Your rash is a group of papular vesicles most probably fungal in origin.

So I advise you to tab.Siscan 150 mg once daily for 3 days and apply Keto-B ointment 4th hourly and KETO medicated bath soap.

In resistant cases you may need to start antibiotic course.
