Brief Answer:
Oral & topical antibiotics, anti inflammatory medicines

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

A boil is a bacterial infection and is treated with course of oral and topical antibiotics.
I would recommend you to take tablet containing combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid (tab Augmentin) 625 mg twice daily for 5 days and apply Fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily.

For pain take anti inflammatory medicines like tablet containing combination of serratiopeptidase and diclofenac (tablet Lyser D) twice daily for 3 days.
These will resolve your problem but these are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
Regards,
Dr. Asmeet
